Pepper Jack is the molded heaven on earth...search your feelings, you know this to be true.

 

Ooh, Cheese...I can't choose . Cheddar is great, but I went with 'other' just for the sake of baked brie.

PS: American cheese sucks.

I voted "other" because my particular favorite cheese is Raclette. It's a semi-soft cheese with a smooth, creamy taste, not too salty and not too bitterly bland like Brie. Not as robust as aged Swiss or Gruyere, but more flavorful than Monterey Jack or Edam.

Eating Raclette is the only excuse for drinking chilled white wine if you're a man.

 

Pepper jack. It's cheesily amazing.

Cheese is good... it's hard to know what to vote for... but I finally picked cheddar.
