Ok . . . this board will contain the whats and whens of all the fighting. The when, where, and who. Also this will be for the RSVPs to the training sessions.

 

Let me be the first to post here by saying that "I" won't be at the training this evening. I'm sick and i've done something to my left knee. So here i will leave the instructions.
-Obi wan- I want u to continue on your lower defences and then let Dooku explain the begining of the fight with him, i believe the anakin stand in will be there so you can practice with him.
-Dooku- keep working on your fight and combining the classic saber style so that it flows well for you, then introduce that fight to Obi wan and work with him on that.
-Stand ins- (they don't post here yet so pass this along)keep doing what u do, you're part of this now.
-And every one at some point try some free fighting. I don't mean to sound in charge of this because I don't know as much as I need to, but we have little time and when the time comes, the world will be watching.

Contacted everyone. The Stand-In's won't be here tonight. Couldn't reach Dooku, but got ahold of Mother Palpatine. She is getting ahold of him.

Here is what is happening. I'll be working on my routine/Kata with special emphasis on footwork and that downward defense that was throwing me last night. "George" will be helping me with that.

Dooku is going to be going over his own routine and his own Kata.

We are trying to set up for Monday if that works. If not, then we will continue our private workouts and Kata work. Don't push yourself to be here. We need our Sabermaster to be well!

I like the Dojo thread. Works well not only for me, but for all of us!

Now quit reading this and go back to bed!

My dear boy,
I hope you have not caught some horrible Jedi germ. They are such nasty things as are the germs. Your Master Kenobi passed on the information to me and then later to the Count himself. Dooku and I spoke of some things and he agreed with me that the lunge needs to be shortened. Oh, and as a note, the Count does not think of himself as Sith and therefore does not want to be lumped into that group.
I think the Jedi part felt a bit bad that he was not there to receive my call today and come to my rescue. I said, don't worry you were busy I enjoyed using the new phone and listening to the ringing. Stranded, alone behind Target...what could happen? Roaming bands of young Jedi looking for a defensless woman to attack? Luckily there was a large empty field they could hide the body. I could have started walking but of course I was wearing the wrong shoes for that so I would have had to first go into Target to purchase a proper pair of walking shoes. Then again, new shoes should be broken in slowly, not on some cross country hike. So, if I escaped the ruthless band of roaming Jedi and would have had blisters on my feet. So I say this once to Master Kenobi, thank you. Of course it is not as if you had anything better to do.
And just a reminder, this Friday is our official meeting. See you and the others there.

spastic practice dummy checking in- didn't hear from anybody re monday practice, so i guess it's a no? hope sensei is feeling better...? we need you healthy!

if there is practice, and if i am required, give me a call. master kenobi and sensei ani know how to reach me. can't speak for the nekkid wookiee, but i can always call him and find out if he's available. or if it is posted, he can read it hizzownself.

i ordinarily work Su-M-T-W until 530p, closing time subject to change as the days grow longer. if i should be there, phone notification is good because my job is lo-tech and has no internet- by the time i got home and checked, i could have been at least halfway there.

 

LOL love the Darth Tater Avatar...Well, since Darth's Little Girl and I were over helping Mom (our real Mom - not the one we lug around and tie on top of pickup truck campershells) We didn't get back until late.

Ani, how are you feeling and when is the next practice? Also, there is a chance that the Emperor will make it down this weekend to work with us.

Will let you know more on that as it gets closer

I'm doing better and I hope that we will be planning another fri sat sun practice. And i will be proposing that (sence we don't get new members) we have a quick meeting at the dojo(han and leia's place).

They can't which is why they are sick. Fighting the pull of the Darkside cookie weakens the body allowing those nasty Jedi germs to run amok. So stop the useless struggle and give in to the Darkside. Remember we have cookies, porn, and George Lucus. Only a Sith Master would enjoy the control he has over all these fans.

Progress- theres not enough for our time constraints and what we have is too much for our time constraints so we are always behind schedual. So any exitment of the progress from me can be viewed after cellebration.

No. The above statment does not mean that we are not doing well. We are all at the best of our abilities, and i want every one to be their own judge of wether their abilities are progressing as they should. Set and raise your own bar.

 

Ani, agreed, time constraints are closing in fast. Reminder to everybody of this Wed's practice at the Dojo. Lets start running this baby from the beginning. From what I understand most of the music is done and we should have it by this weekend.

Looks like 6:30 is our practice time. See everybody there and have sabers ready! Time to buckle down and kick it. (Me included!!).

Oh yeah Ani...regarding the "hair" issue.. I have fulfilled my part of the deal...time to fulfull yours!

Emotional Rollercoaster....We have our work definitely cut out for us on this one.

 

*thwacks 56k modem and decides to sneak off to see the trailer at work tomorrow (assuming it'll be on the internet by then), having missed it on tv and having a modem at home that is so far from modern that the light from modern would take years to reach it...*

 

The Chosen One called it...practice is now for 3:30 tomorrow (Saturday.) Videotaping on Sun. Be there or be ....well just be there.
