I'll see everyone tonight. I will get down to Providence about 7:30 or 8:00. Try to find parking and scope out the Mall since I have never been there. If anyone gets there early I will be the tall guy with a leather jacket,and Boston Rebels T-shirt.

 

There is plenty of parking in the mall garages, be sure to get your ticket validated at the theater. It is $1 for up to a 3-hour stay, validated, and goes up thereafter. (the next level is $4, I think) Or you can park on the street nearby, but check the signs, as they are being "generous" with the tickets lately. (usually at night, they aren't bad about it) A good place to check for a free parking spot is Francis St., by the State House.

oh scott one piece of advice i gave to the 501st and i'm passing on to you

always park as low as you can. unless of course you want to sit in a line getting out at the end of course

That's great advice, idaari. I like to park on A or B level for that very same reason.

This is embarrassing, I have been going to Prov Place for 3+ years now, and I got horribly lost there last weekend, just trying to drive to the door of Bed Bath & Beyond. I wound up carting my new lamp upstairs in the elevator. LOL. So... don't feel bad if you get turned around in there... it happens to the best of us!

i am very flattered by the guy wanting to pose with us and take pictures. and we seemed to hit alot of people with flyers

i had a great time guys! looking forward to doing it again on the 8th

It took about an hour to get all that makeup off, and I am still faintly blue in places. Heh!

Hi all!

I didn't get to take my camera to the mall on Thursday, (my husband was nervous about losing the new camera) but I did take it to a party last night. Yes, I blued myself up again. I have little hope of getting my elbows back to their normal color in this lifetime! (thanks Sara)

well today with the 501st was also a great time, as much as yesterday in boston! i was loving the stares of the children and grown fans alike and the troopers looked awesome as usual

ooooh sorry, my mistake. then i did happen to see your doppelganger working at my place of business for a week or so. at least it looked like your photo. the eyes didn't glow pinkish purple though.

I know I saw a hammock some where that creates clones, they don't make evil clones but you could turn them evil with a little training. Now where was it that I saw that.... Never mind, it was on the Simpsons. I have to try and remember that no matter how hard I wish it, Homer is not real.
