*Note how all the lame characters are appearing in the prequel trilogy? I just thought I'd point that out. There aren't really any lame characters in the original movies...or are there?

MousebotX - I guarantee if the Ugnaughts (EDIT: And also THE EWOKS!)appeared for the first time in the PT, they would be highly jeered by everyone.

People don't really question anything about the OT. It's weird. Maybe fans 20 years from now will question very little about any of the 6 movies.

 

There are plenty of lame characters from the OT. Case in point: Dak, the hopelessly upbeat co-pilot of Luke's Snowspeeder in TESB. After cheerfully exclaiming that he could "take on a whole Empire [him]self", he promptly gets his face blown off by an AT-AT before being crushed by said AT-AT. Lame.

 

Oh, there's plenty of lameness in the OT. As a matter of fact, probably the lamest of the lame is in the OT, with YAK face and others.

Return of the Jedi is a favorite in this area!

Here's the despicable Yarna D'al (seen in Jabba's court). She has six--count 'em--SIX breasts.

As for Return of the Jedi, there's gobs of lameness. For example, check out Jabba's barge - Pruneface comes to mind. Also, that one Imperial officer that tells Han to "STOP!" in the shield generator base on Endor's moon. How does Han respond to this foppish lame-o? He throws a charge at him without saying a word, which knocks him over the rail in true Star Wars fashion. Of course, to confirm his utter lameness, he's given a Wilhelm scream.

Ah, I'm glad people agree with me that the OT isn't infallible. Dak, I didn't think of it, but he's pretty lame. Same with Mon Mothma, in my opinion. Although I disagree about Porkins...
