Ok I have something to add to this thread, I don't know how long this is good for but if anyone is interested you can go here and get a free (legal) copy of linspire. Just go and act like you are buying it, the $49.95 download version, and add the coupon code JDSWelcome.

For those who don't know anything about what I am talking about Linspire was formerly known as Lindows. It is a linux based operating system that prides itself on being nearly a complete ripoff of windows, and from what I understand some of the support they offer makes running windows apps easy, or at least easier than most Linux versions.

I called the Walmart on Telegraph road, right by 255. They are participating in the sales tax holiday. We are going to go get some school supplies and essentials, underwear, socks, etc.
