I can make it sometime in the afternoon, so long as I don't get called into work.

 

Well, if shirts get made, I vote for using Joe's Flier Prototype for the graphic on that too.

Free comic day will be fun. Additionally, this month's general meeting is at a member's house (basically). We are doing a prequel marathon in addition to the meeting. Hope you can come for all or part of it. Let me know and I will get you the directions.

 

I have to be on the west side at 9 Satufday morning, so It might be hard for me to get there early enough to set up and put the armor on. Will anyone else be there early (say 9:45) to do the table?

 

The Mrs and I will be there, I just need to know what I need to do exactly?

Well, in the past all we had to do was find Jim or another CQ employee and see if they have the club a table set up... if not, see if they have one they can throw up for us. Basically, you lay the fliers out, make sure there are a few chairs, and wait for the doors to open and the horde of people to come in.

I will dig out some plastic sign holders we used in the past to lay out.

Sorry all, I am in a wedding that afternoon. I was really looking forward to attending. If anyone will be there in the morning, I will show up. Please keep me informed about the prequel get together. I'm glad to see fans out there as enthusiastic as I am!

Ok, I have 100 half page color fliers printed up, plus 5 8 1/2 x 11 signs of the same flier for use as table signs and to post around CQ as needed.

I had a great time too.. If only our *other* trooper had shown up, we would have had all the Southern Indiana costumers in one spot! He better have a good excuse..
