RULES:

There is no sign-up: join the game whenever you wish. At the end of the week (Thursday, September 2) we tally the points and the winner starts up the next game.

Right guesses get points, wrong guesses get points taken away, and our lynch mob victim gets gradually hanged.

One guess per person per turn, so please wait till the puzzle has been updated before you post your next guess. Your point balance can go -50 points per puzzle before you are eliminated from the round: you may rejoin at the next puzzle with that deficit, to try and recover some ground.

New Rule:All vowels now cost 15 points to purchase, no matter how many there are in the puzzle (even if there are none).

I only put in the one new rule for this game to give it a shot... don't want to change the dynamic too much by giving points away for number of letters and stuff... see how this works first.

I am a firm believer in small changes minimize big mistakes.
