I saw it once in a digital and three times in a regular. I'd like to go again to the digital (hopefully this week so I don't miss my chance). I guess living in a major metropolitan area has it's advantages.

I just haven't had the time to put together a trip to go to San Francisco. It's about 2 hours away, but I haven't had any real free time as of late. Hopefully I will soon. I feel like a blasphemer for not having seen a digital showing yet.

i went to frisco a couple weeks ago, and i must say, i hate having to see movies in regular theaters now... i spoiled myself by seeing a digital movie, that is 3 hours away... and i dont see them making a digital theater where i live anytime soon.

Twice on Digital, once on film.

    You can see the difference.

Yeah!!! The sound and picture quality was totally awesome. It was one of the best movie screenings that I had been to in a long time. If you get the chance to, even if you have to drive awhile to get to one, go see AOTC in a digital theater or any other movie if/when you get the chance!

imo, it was worth driving several hours to see it digital (DLP).

Saw it on DLP opening midnight showing, then film stock the next day....and DLP spoiled me...only saw the film version one other time.

imo, IMAX comes close to matching the DLP experience, but digital is still the best way to see it :D

Kind of spoiled now, trying to watch the dvd on my TV at home, but unable to see all the details you can catch on the big screen...

    Yes. Fab-u-lous.

Last I heard there are only three digital theatres in Canada and one of them is in my city. Lucky me. :) Don't worry fellow Canucks, there should be plenty of digital theatres by the time Ep. III drops.

Hopefully more people will follow George's lead and go to digital. More theaters would have to convert to digital to be able to screen the films.
