Being new to the board, I'd have to say I'd love to come and meet ya'll, but an afternoon gig would probably work better for me. However, I'm prolly in the vast minority where that is concerned (having a family) but that's just my take on the 15th. The needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few, or the one

Last time...there was a 35, 30, 23, 16, 32 and 31 year old...but this time it seems like it will be a bit more diverse...we went to ESPN Zone..maybe a bit too adult..this time..a family restraunt..

Wow. I had no idea there were so many other people in their 30s roaming about the TFN boards. I'm 35 and I thought I was the most ancient creature around here. Fabulous!

I'm from Long Beach, so we post in the LA County section. A few people are talking about getting together, so I'll make sure you guys know when we finally decide on something, since we're nearby.

Hey any of you like myself, by day.. a young professional and on weekends (esp. after AOTC) a closet Star Wars fan?

I love the fact that AOTC made me like I was 7/8 yrs old again

 

I'm with jedimaster 12 on the time thing, only different reasons. *sigh* And I was going to see it that day at Irvine on digital screen. Oh well, we'll see

I turn 29 this August. Star Wars was my first movie at the tender age of 4.

As for being a "closet fan", oh heck no. I've been in sales with my company for 10 year this July, and EVERYONE knows I am an uber-fan. I have SW posters on the walls in my office, and our production manager even paged everyone in the office to turn on 95.5 KLOS when I was on live with Mark & Brian from the 6 week lineup we did outside the Chinese Theatre.

Saturday Evening sounds okay, but can we meet earlier. I would like to bring my sons with me. Perhasp 6:00 p.m. (ish) so we can hit a 7:30 or 8:00 ish showing?
