would changing the key frame distance mess things up? Vimeo says to keep it the same as frame rate, so I encoded the above one at 30

 

Haven't a clue what was wrong with the previous file, but this one is working fine for me. I squashed it down to 50mb and I'll see if ObiJuan is ok with replacing the Vimeo version, considering the content is identical.

 

I'm replacing the video.

 

Alrighty, folks, same as last year - at noon PST (roughly two hours and fifteen minutes from the time of this post), be over at downinfront.net/live and get yourself set up.

On the left is a Justin.tv live stream portal, on the right is a Tinychat interface. In the chat, you can log in from Facebook or Twitter, or as a guest with a custom name.

You're welcome to head over to the chat now, if you'd like, to hang out and discuss the entries. Sometime a while before noon, we'll start the broadcast, and the show itself will start at noon. We expect it to last around an hour and a half.

EDIT: Nevermind, just found it.

So I had to get up quite early to watch the live broadcast, but ended up sleeping instead.

Was it recorded this time around, and if so, when's it likely to be put online?
