Ohio March Meeting

In the wake of the successful January meeting, I figured we'd start setting up a meeting for March and potentially for future meetings.

When I was with the Jedi Knights of Cleveland, we had developed a system for meetings--the 3rd Saturday of the month every other month. Then everyone had an idea of when the next meeting would be and could plan accordingly.

I was thinking that we could do something similar. Weekends haven't worked well for us in the past. Did the Tuesday night thing work fine for you all? We could make it a set Tuesday of odd months if you think that would work well for you all.

Perrysburg is nice because its about an hour for Me, Tobey, and Scott. Plus there is the added bonus of having lots of shopping close by for toy runs while we are in town. There are also lots of choices for dining.

What do you all think?

 

Tuesdays work great for me. The only possible conflict I could have at this point would be an evening exam, but those seem to be favored for Wednesday nights.

By the way, toy runs rock! The wife and I picked up a "Spudtrooper" last night on the way home.

Yay a meeting in March.I just found out thats when I move up there so I'll be able to make that meeting.Thought I was going to be there in 2 weeks but plans changed.As for the location that's perfect for me because I'll be living right by Perrysburg

Tuesday work out well for me and Perrysburg has been a great location.

Tiffin would be a good place to meet as well... for me at least.

How about 1st Tuesday of odd months, then?
I know that I can never remember which is the third Tuesday, so the first one should be less confusing.

Let's see...that would make the next meeting Tuesday March 7th.

IHOP worked well. What other places in the area would work out well?

 

sorry I missed the January meeting. I've been wanting to meet the group. There is a Max and Ermas in front of Levis Commons there right off the highway as well as far as an alternative to IHOP.

 

Can someone do me a favor?Wherever the meeting is going to be,find the address so I can mapquest it becuase I have no idea how to get there.

Well,I leave tomorrow to move up there and I don't know if I'll be able to check the boards for a while,so where exactly is it going to be?Or I'll just go to the library to check or something ^^

Has a restaurant been chosen? It doesn't look like it-just the exit so far. Can exits be located on Mapquest?

I'm gonna be OOT visiting family the first week of march (it's BGSU's spring break). So I will be, unfortunately, missing the next meeting.

A couple of restaraunts have been suggested, but none have been actually selected.

I've heard:
IHOP
Cracker Barrel
Panera
Max & Erma's

Any others? Any one of those sound more reasonable to have a meeting at than others?

 

Sorry I was away for a while. Work has been crazy!

Since we haven't had too many responses on a place and we're down to less than a week again, how about IHOP again since it worked well last time.

I'll need to know who all's coming by Monday night so that I know how many places to have ready for us.
