Okay everybody, Is there anyone from Suffolk County who is coming to the meeting and can suggest a Suffolk location?
If we dont hear from anyone soon, not we will fall back on the Hollywood video store on Old Country Road in Plainview, Suffolk County.
If that doesnt work, we can go back to our regular Nassau county meeting place - the Broadway Mall food court in Hicksville.

I'm in SUffolk, and im dieing to come to a meeting but i can only make meetings in Suffolk. I cant really think of a good place to meet.

 

Well, lets try and make it easy for you since it happens to be the month we do a Suffolk meeting.
We'd all like to meet you. I think you'll agree our meetings are fun get togethers.
Do you have a mall near you? Or we could always choose a diner, but then we all have to order food.
Fo while we were holding meetings at Jillian's.

I'm not very good at thinking of these things. The only place i can think of is the conference room in my local library. In the back of the library are two big comfrence type rooms. You dont have to be quite in there because its kinda seperated from the library. I think that could be a good place. I'll call the library and ask if it's availale that day. As a matter of fact I have a friend who works their who is a star wars fan too! does this sound like a good place? Oh and I know as a fact that were allowed to eat and drink in their.

 

Oh I forgot to mention. The library is in Blue Point. I'll get the exact adress if it's all approved. If you dont know Blue Point is near bayport, and patchogue.

Hey, its Dave. RNRJedi007, you stole my avatar!!! Anyway, I live in Suffolk as well and it would be convenient for me to have the meetings in Suffolk sometimes but I can't think of a place either. I checked out the Happauge town hall which is easy to find but you have to rent it. Its true what they say, nothing is for free in this world. I look forward to seeing you guys and girls soon.

 

I guess the force was with me. What about Dave & Busters? Its right off the LIE on exit 57 (1856 Vet's Hwy-(631)-582-6615). It's the basiclly the same the as Jillian's just a different name.

Does Dave and Busters have an age limit?

 

Hey Rob, we were considering Dave & Busters once before and then someone told us that it was a "over 21" place - which I find hard to believe. So we didnt consider it.
Problem is that Fan Force rules say that it has to be all ages to give everyone a chance to participate - a reasonable rule.
Can you find out for us what the restaurant policy really is? --Billy
