You know I was thinking, if anyone here is interested, I could give you guys the receipe for making your own cheesesteaks, now grant it they won't be as tasty as the ones you would get if you cross the pond but it can help get you by. This can also work for Chicken Cheesesteaks, and I would have to look to find a good "veggie" cheesesteak verison if folks are interested.

Screw the cheesesteaks. We need a beer exchange. Verity and I tried to have one at C3 but it never happened. I wound up drinking the beer I brought for her and I assume she did the same.

To really experience Philly, you need more of the local delicacies, such as Scrapple.

I think we could put a nice care package together with all sorts of treats from the home of Rocky Balboa.
