I know its early but...who wants to do New Years Eve at our place? Pretty much the same as last year. Any takers?

Way too early for me to say anything yet, but if I can bring my son down, that would make my answer lean more to "yes".

I am also thinking about trying to catch the Mummer's Parade on New Year's Day so again, I can't answer just yet.

Costumes are quite welcome and encouraged. The offical E-vite will list costumes welcomed or come as you are.
Even birthday suits are welcome as long as belts match shoes. ;-D

I might just have to pull out a 501st costume for this then... [face_thinking]

Kory and I ought to be there too :). We're not going to North Dakota this year for Christmas as I just found out that to go at Christmas it would cost to fly 1400 dollars per person as opposed to waiting a few weeks and only paying 360 per person. Sheesh, its a racket!

Not sure we can do Mummers though. But Brunch the next day might be possibly a nice idea :).

Ok if I'm going to spend another NYE in NoVA, I think someone has to play Mummer for me the next day then. [face_laugh]

Christa and I were talking about what to do for new years this year. My only concern would be Zachary. He usually crashes at about 6:00 - 7:30 so we'd need someplace to "store" him (Carbon freezing, anyone?) That's really the only thing that stands in our way, so if someone could keep us in mind for that, I'd appreciate it!

Now, if only I could remember to check the boards regularly...

How old is Zack? Clare is 2 and usually goes down at about 8-830.We could put something together is the nursery.
Clare is usually a good sleeper. Call me and we'll work it out.

Ok Ken, if I didn't let you know already, I'll be there with my son and since you were kind enough to offer, we'll crash overnight.

I also have NYE Party supplies, like hats & noise makers that I can bring along. Enough for at least 20 people. :D

Let me know if you need me to bring anything else.

Oh and this is a costumed party right!?! I hope so since I'm bringing the sith along. ;)

I went to one in college (I know, predictable) but I wore clothes underneath - I was too chicken not too! But after watching Rome on HBO, I may be inspired ...
