I'm going to go ahead and consolidate all the social threads into this one, so the fun stuff doesn't start moving down the page, as it were. Chatting, socializing, checking on one other, the usual :) -- goes in here. Have fun with this; this waiting is hard, and it's here that everyone can pass the time!

I just wanted to be the first to post here. ^_^

As you may be able to tell, I am extremely bored and the time moving until C4 is very SLOW.

The only thing to console me are my precious DVD's that came out yesterday.

I now own 4 copies of the Trilogy (3 box sets) and another set individually, and 2 sets of the prequels. =X

I've said this before, I don't know if I can buy the DVD's. I'm still on the fence. I want them, but I hate paying $90.00 for something I have already purchased 10 X's over.

Aren't they only $20 each? Common, it would be cool to have the unscrewed with versions on DVD. I'm going to get them but have to wait to see if anyone gets them for me for my birthday next week. So far, I've got the VHS tape of Star Wars, the Letter Box set, the THX box set, and of course the original Trilogy set that came out last year. What's one more box sex? I'm waiting for the Blu-Ray box set of all 6 films... that would rock. I would love.. I mean LOVE to see a special edition of Episode One where they replace Yoda with the CGI version used in II and III.

Actually, as much as I am against George taking anymore of our money, that would be cool. That yoda was aweful, plus Qui Gon needs to disappear.

Bought my OT DVD boxed set from Best Buy yesterday in their exclusive collector tin (actually bought two sets), and a copy of Lego Star Wars II for the PS2.

Needless to say, it was Star Wars all day for my wife and I from sun up to sun down. [face_dancing]

Lego Star Wars 2 is a great game! Did you save all your 'credits' (studs) from the last game? :D

Sure dud, NEMES1S. Unlocked all 50 characters and racked up tons of studs. And the Prima Guide was extremely helpful in locating all those Lego Canisters!

LOL - I'm pacing around like a caged tiger waiting for any C4 updates. The suspense is becoming unbearable, and we still have over 8 months to go! AAARRRGGGHHHHHH!!!!

You all should already know who I am and what I plan to do. If not:

I'm planning to pack my car to the brim with friends, a girlfriend, and miscellaneous Star Wars paraphernalia and wheel it to C4.

Question: Why is the FanForce Celebration Europe after FanForce Celebration IV in the navigation links above? This is confusing...well, not really, but it is pain! [face_not_talking]

Well, the dates come after C-IV, and it was added after C-IV was announced... is it really a problem?

I actually got beaten at SW TP by my wife of all people who knows next to nothing about Star Wars. She never liked it and never held back with her feeling of my geekness. So one night we were playing and she was getting questions which required responses like "Star Wars" or "Return of the Jedi". Real simple stuff. I was getting questions like how many Star Destroyers appeared during the battle of Endor or how many red squares appear on an Admirals jacket. Blah!

I'm doing a subject change here... sorry! I have a question. There are posts here and there that mention volunteering at C-III. Can anyone tell me the who, what, when and where of that?
