Location: Cici's PIZZA in Killeen, next to BIG LOTS and Radio Shack on FT Hood Street.

Directions: From HWY 190, exit FT HOOD Street, head north. Cici's can be seen in the shopping area off to your right hand side. Many places to park.

Topics: We will discuss the upcoming DVD release party events, fan film ideas, costuming, creating our own website and introducing new members! We hope to see you there!

Anyways! Here's the skinny on the meeting. I spoke to Tandeer and she will be bringing her Interactive YODA and I will be holding (very tightly I might add) my Light saber and wearing a gray Yoda shirt that says "Pull my finger." <grin>

So when first showing up at Cici's Pizza, come in the front and you should see a group of us standing there just off to the right.

We should wait until about 7:15pm for any late-comers and then we can all go grab some Pizza and find somewhere to sit. Preferrably in the back where the large booths are.

As near as I can figure, we should have about 6-7 people show so far. I will have a clipboard with me for all to sign in and get some info from you so I can make a central list of all the new members. I have some new ideas and I will share them all when we get there.

Some topics I would like to cover while we are there:
- Our new website (design and content)
- Scheduled events for SEP 2004
- Electing a new City Rep
- Previous events held
- New interests that our members think we might persue
- New Logo Design for our Chapter

Please keep these topics in mind and come to the meet with questions and ideas. Write them down for yourself if need be.

Hey all!

Good meeting tonight...

Thanks to all who showed up and participated.

Basically just a meet and greet, got a few things accomplished.

A special thanks to Jim and Woody who drove all the way from Temple. I know it not that long of a haul, but a good drive just the same. Thanks guys.

I will post some new threads and begin what we discussed.

Topics Dicussed:
- Possibly changing or keeping the chapter name: Wraith Squadron. Seems most people wanted to stick with the existing name.

- Discussed upcoming events, release party, Hastings and Best Buy and who would have costumes to show.

- Discussed Celebration 3 and who would be interested in going.

- Discussed next meet, should be one week before the SciFi Expo in DFW in OCT 2004.
