Out at the Movies: The Matrix Reloaded

So, do you guys have a preemptive meeting location? A place where we can all meet before arriving at the movies?

 

We usually just meet at the theatre, but I'm game for something else (providing I'm off that day)


EDIT: just checked their website, and it doesn't look like it'll be playing at Famous Players. No surprise, since no good movies actually go to the good theatre

 

Most likely it will be at Empire. Because that's where the Matrix opened.

Just to let you guys know, I requested that day off. Probably find out next Wednesday or Thursday if I can make it ....

 

Actually, DarthBabe, the first Matrix movie played at Famous Players. I have nothing to back this up, and it doesn't really matter in retrospect ... so just trust me on this one.

All I know is that when I saw it, it was playing at Famous Players. Although I'd have to concede to Karrde's assertion. Maybe it was playing at both theaters, or at least one then the other.

Well, I've seen people call him Karrade, Karde or something like that. It's kinda funny. It's just easier to call him Derek.

 

Bad news. I had to get some work done on my car today, and therefore won't be able to afford to come over for The Matrix I'll still be able to see X-men though

 

If it's a question of money, I think some friends would be willing to pitch in for you.

I still don't know.

 

I can go...unless they have me working hard on a story the day before my last day.

 

I might have to work that night. I might actually have to miss the event that I had originally conceived. One way or another, though, I am definitely going to see that movie.
