Yes, another Harry Potter question, but that is the current "in" thing. :D

What is your favorite Harry Potter book and why?

I'm in the boat with KV - I haven't read them either, though my wife on the other hand reads them religiously.

    You totally need to!

My favorite is still Book 3, Harry Potter and the Prizoner of Azkaban. I love the flow, the character development, and for once, the villain isn't Voldemort!

Year One is my favorite. It introduces the Wizarding world through the eyes of a child. No matter how many times I reread it... I still walk away with a mystical wonderful experience. Harry Potter is truly a marvel of modern fantasy.

Prisoner of Azkaban is my favorite, though Goblet of Fire is a close second.
