Ohio Recruitment

I am going to hang up some flyers soon to see if we can generate some more interest in our group and our next meeting.

My flyer is going to be simple, and I am going to create a yahoo account so they can email with questions.

Places I plan on seeing if I can hang the flyer up:

Gameing Store in Findlay
Gaming Store in BG
Panera Bread in BG

There is also a Sci-Fi bookstore in Toledo, if I can find that address that I'd like to take a flyer there.

Any other ideas?

 

What about toy stores? I wonder if those wouldn't be good places to try, if they would let us put something up.

 

I checked and it's a no go on hanging fliers up at UT, but I haven't made it to any of the gaming stores yet...I'll try to in the coming week.

 

I'll look into Toy Stores, I'm sure that wont be hard to do. Too bad about UT for a college would be a great place to recruit.

Tobey-Wan, is there any place at your work to hang a flyer?

 

I'll check into it, but I'm not sure. And I really can't think of another place around town to put something right now...

 

Okay, now that my computer is back I am going to really do something about recruitment. Did we finalize a logo or anything in my absence?

 

I don't think anything's been officially decided on. I know that there's definitely some good choices, though.

Looks good to me...maybe a little more about other meetings we have had. I don't know just throught out ideas.

I tried to get as much info I could in the space I had to work with. Hope there's no grammar mistakes!

 

I talked to the owner of a store called Mind Games here in Toledo and I'm going to take a sign down there soon.

It's a total gamer hang out, so maybe we can get a few members.
