saga edition beast warden help.

hey there, my groups going to be starting a game soon and i want to play a beast master type guy and i found the beast warden talent tree for the force adept but i'm having trouble finding feats that would help me out, right now the idea would be that my guy would be using a tauntaun as a mount and fight from it with a spear, but i dont know if there are any mounted combat feats or where they might be, or just anything that would help me make my tauntaun less likely to die in a fight... i'd be grateful for any help you guys and gals could offer.
