It looks like 1 piece of 1 1/4" sink tail pipe, 1 of 1", 3 rubber O rings, and corrugated drainage pipe for the grip.

    Am I missing anything?

    ;)

And I'm wondering where my dremmel disappeared to! It's not with all my other tools anymore. :(

Well, close... barrel is 1 1/4", the outer is several 1 1/2", many more hidden O rings, and rubber vacuuming hose. :D

    To be more precise:
--1 1-1/2 x 12" Slip joint extension tube nickel plated to give it a chrome appearance
--1 1-1/2 x 6" Slip joint extension tube (as above)
--1 1-1/4 x 12" Slip joint extension tube (as above)
--1 1-1/4 x 6" Slip joint extension tube (as above)
--2 1-1/4" Rubber slip joint washers
--4 1-1/4" Plastic slip joint washers
--2 Large O-rings (should be thick and fit snugly over the 1-1/4 tube)
    --1 Black 1-1/4 rubber washer

and to be added once I get some epoxy:
    --2 #10 Knurled nuts
--3 Finishing washers with a outer diameter of about 7/16"
--1 cap of some sort to seal the pommel end (maybe a 1 1/8" or 1 1/4" Metal hole plug)

And I didn't take it! LOL

Well, I may have my first "professional" costume job. A woman in another department where I work knows a gal who is looking for someone to make her a Lily Munster wedding dress for her wedding on Halloween. YIKES!! Brandon and his mom keep telling me, "you can do it, you can do it," but I'm a little unsure that my skills are up to that level yet!

That's pretty cool Susan! I love Lily Munster, especially her bat necklace.

So I am looking into all the supplies I will need to try and make my Shaak Ti headpiece, tails/lekku out of latex for D*C. Ugh!!! I am a little worried. I will need to make a plaster bust of my head first and I am a little claustrophobic. The plaster that will be used to make the negative (alginate is what they call it) sets up in 7 to 8 minutes, but that is a long time for someone who is claustrophobic. Ugh! Anyone want to go on this adventure with me??? Who wants to make that Bossk mask? LOL! Thought this would be a fun thing to do for our next costuming party/session. I'll need the emotional support to get through the 7 to 8 minutes. Ugh!

    I'm in!

And perhaps we should have the SW movies on in the background. If you've seen them as many times as I have, you can just close your eyes and see exactly what's going on. Perhaps that can alleviate the claustrophobia. ;)

Cool Jon, I figured you might be in with me. I think since I am not actually doing a full face mask, I might find a way to not cover my mouth with the plaster bandages and alginate. I can handle it covering my eyes and nose, but the mouth is what would freak me out. Gotta research it some more and see how to seal it up the open mouth part before making the positive.

hehe, Rachel and I found that having the movies playing in the background made things go quicker. And yes, I have gotten to the point just hearing the music is enough to follow the movie. :D

I can offer up my house on June 3rd, but I am busy every weekend till then. But it looks like I will be finally getting a Serger!!

It's open to anyone that wants to go. We just ask that everyone be dresed in some sort of garb to preserve the feel.

Official website is here. I'm only going for the first few days. Want to hit the torchlight greatsword tourney.
