    I'm a middle child, technically. Oldest of two from my mom's second marriage, younger than my older brother from my mom's previous marriage. Oh, yes, and I have two other older half-brothers (step-brothers?) from my mom's previous marriage.

    It's complicated: I'm a middle child (4th out of 6) in that I'm forgotten, but because each set of 3 kids has the oldest-middle-youngest dynamic, I'm also an oldest child to my two younger sisters.

    Also, it was 5 girls against one boy, and he was the oldest. My dad must be scarred for life. :p
