Granted, Inty, though most of us need some sort of reason...

And if they lose this weekend, thats a BIG lol.

 

I don't really need a reason to lol @ Michigan, but if they happen to lose this weekend, it will be el-oh-el-icious. If Notre Dame can play like they played at the end of the San Diego State game, there's a good chance we'll all be lol'ing @ Michigan.

 

You know, if Notre Dame DOESN'T win this weekend, someone might need to temporarily retitle this thread "lol @ Notre Dame" for a few days or so

 

We should have been lol'ing @ Notre Dame a long time ago, though. Like, for the whole 2007 season. But, if they still can't get their act together, they've pretty much fallen right back into 2007 mode, and we will then know that there's going to be plenty of opportunities for it.

BIG LOL@michigan today... wow. I knew ND would have a decent chance, but for Michigan to give up 35 points to ND? Ouch.

 

I had a feeling it would happen, but I wasn't sure it would happen this beautifully. I'm halfway stunned, but not really at all when I think about it. Did that make sense at all? I guess you could say I'm "pleasantly halfway surprised, but not really." "Oh, and lol @ Michigan."

I wonder when Mr. Rich Rodriguez will make it back into the thread.

 

He has to finish talking to reporters first, remember... explaining how Notre Dame is one of the best teams in the country and that they're a national title contender, which should excuse the loss, etc.

I would also like to LOL@Auburn, seriously guys your vaunted "Spread Eagle" (WTH came up with that name anyways) managed to beat Mississippi State 3-2. Yes thats right 3-2. In Football.

 

Any 3-2 football (as in football, not soccer) game deserves to be laughed at. That's just sad.

 

I don't think it's appropriate at all for you to be laughing at the student athletes from my team. We've played three very good football teams so far this year, and the two that managed to squeak past us are still on track to meet in the National Title Game.

 

I told you he would say something about ND as a title contender!
