FF:WA The Merry Christmas thread

Wishing you all a safe and happy Christmas! I hope you all get the time to share moments with loved ones and take a load off from a busy year and just be able to relax in comfort with a nice cold beer and big roast lunch! For those that have big family functions, take the time to go out the backyard and enjoy a bit of cricket with the kids, have a dip in the pool or enjoy getting plastered if thats your style....just don't get a loose tongue in front of the rellies, sure drunkenness is an excuse but remember it is christmas!

For those having more of a quiet one, take the time to reflect and take a load off, this is the one day of the year we should all relax and have fun!

Think of Christmas day as a reward for doing all your christmas shopping without killing anyone, unless you had to kill someone that is.

Argh! Christmas for me will be peaceful. Today at work was awful, tomorrow will be awful. At least I have Christmas Eve off, and I'll be staying away from the shops!

My girlfriend has been away at the mines for over 3 weeks now. She gets back tomorrow evening.

Merry Christmas all! Hope it's a good one. Both my mother and sister will be flying off to england for a well earned holiday, so it'll be a quiet one at my place for a while. Still, it's all good

 

Bah Humbug!

 

I'm in that mood myself, Nat. Soup's old work didn't pay him on time which means we actually have no money to buy presents for anyone and we ended up getting rather cruddy presents out of his parents extra horde. I'd almost rather show up empty handed than give a majority of them out, but only almost.

I hope you all have a better christmas than we're having so far. Have a lot of drinks for us.

 

Oh, that's so sad. I'm just having a quiet one this year and all I had to buy for was my parents and grandparents.

Well, I have plenty of alcohol, so I'll have a drink for you. Oh wait, I'm the taxi driver tomorrow. Mum has a slipped disc, and dad'll be doing the drinking....

 

I always enjoy Christmas. Hope you all do too.

A new Digital SLR camra. That took rather a large bite out of the budget.
I also got Call of Duty 2 and the holiday pack for The Sims 2

 

Money - $105 altogether, some Lindt chocolate.... Yeah, that sounds about it. Santa really doesn't like me...
