The Mod Squad Update Experience: Are You Experienced? (August 19-25)

It's really diheartening to come here and see the same people taking swings for absolutely no reason. Just chill out and wait."

Would it be possible, then, for one of the mods involved in the discussion to just keep us updated? A simple post of "We're still discussing it" once a day or even every other day could go a long way.

AmazingB: I don't think that's too much to ask at all.

Over the past 2 weeks, the administration (including mods from many different forums, not just JCC) have discussed several new idea's aimed at cutting down the number of extraneous posts in JCC overall. These include (but are not limited to) increased ban times for certain infractions and limiting other types of threads to specific criteria.

The aim is to give JCC more form and definition than it has had in the previous months, to clearly state that "this is acceptable in this forum, this is not and this is the punishment for breaking this rule".

At least....that's the way my addled brain understands it
