I wonder if they are going to put the Imperial March in EPIII, cause they did not put it in ANH, and it makes that scene in Empire totally awesome. If they do put it in...it needs to be like what it was in AOTC..a few notes and then it's gone.

 

I still think the Imperial March will be used at the end.

Imperial March and then right into the closing theme.

No, up beat as far as the bad guys go.

 

Yeah, to bad their ultimate weapon gets blown up by a proton torpedo

 

And their leader gets tossed to a big pit but that not the point right now

 

I always thought that Palps hit the huge reactor and that caused the explosion.

In the SE of ROTJ...they should have given Palps the "Wilhelm" scream

 

Better yet dub in him saying on the way down.

Perhaps a blending of the Sith music and imperial march would fit the moment right. It's a glorious moment for both so why not blend the themes?

 

has anyone read the Set Diaries?

Is it just me or does the "Duel" seem to take place indoors than outdoors (volcano). There is a lot of talk in the EP3 Spoilers Allowed page that the duel might take place in the Trade Federation Cruiser or on Coruscant in the Industrial District

On the webcam last night, we saw Obi-Wan on the set filming, wookiee costumes.

Daniel Logan is going to be in Episode III. Saw him on the webcam holding up a sign that said "Yes, I am Daniel Logan" cause he looks different...especially when we saw him in July.

I had a theory that the Duel will actually take Place in the Jedi Temple.

There is some hints that the temple will be on fire at some point in this movie and we were also told that Anakin will be badly burned at the end of the duel. Everyone thinks Lava because the ROTJ novel talks about a Molten Pit but what if it's fire that burns him? It's just speculation on my part but can you think of a better visualization of the Fall of the Jedi than the final Duel being in the Jedi Temple while it burns down around them?

 

That would be a great image. The flaming temple and a figurtive father and son fighting to the death.

 

That would be cool to see Anakin killing some Jedi in the Temple and then Obi-Wan coming in and seeing the damage and then the "Duel"

We will see capital ships in the Opening Battle

We will not see the Rebel Base on Dantooine

Pregnant Padme does have some action scenes

We do see the person who ordered the clones in AOTC

Some interesting things came to light. The marketing timeline for Star Wars is as follows - This week, The Clone Wars, then the original Star Wars trilogy is being released September 2004, then Episode 3 teaser advertising begins in January of 2005, Episode 3 May 2005, Episode 3 DVD/VHS November 2005. One little fun fact - seems that they have TWO Star Wars television ideas floating around the ranch...one would be animation and the other - LIVE ACTION. These television projects would be in 2006. Let's hope they're better than the Star Wars Christmas Special, or those Ewok films.

 

Well with the clone wars cartoon looking good rate now my hope is they expand on that!
