I'm pretty sure that you do, I have no doubt you have enough ideas to last a couple of on the fly sessions like the one I hope to all that is.......Star Wars, that we can play tomorrow. Kudos to john for going in with pistols blazing, it took a little persuading but I think he's happy we did now. That was quite a feat bro, damn that corvette is so ours. I gotta say that frag grenades are quickly becoming an over-whelming odds situation favorite of mine, I sure they have some in the garrison

 

Just for the bacta tanks and the armour it's 492,000 credits

 

Since they were using them against US, I would assume they probably have a couple... hundred...

 

Base Inventory:

Armour for 24 troops (8,000 cr each)
Weaponry (120,000 to outfit [ballpark])
.....4 cases of frag grenades (48 altogether)

.....1 crate medical supplies (144 medpacs, 10 litres of bacta)

10,000 cr worth of food and sundries

 

I wouldn't say luck had too much to do with it. I rolled no hits for the first couple rounds, you shot us out of those two. The luck came when they had bacta tanks, without those, I have to admit, I wouldn't feel comfortable taking on another squad or two of stormtroopers, that might be pushing it a bit. And ,we did, however, lose a chracter but through the a good call, to not let him be completely done. For the game sake it was a good decision, but we should warn Troy that his characters next demise is his last in all fairness to the players and ref. Hopefully he might be motivated to find the time for a future session, or if he wants to retire his character John can create another one. Having said that, it was definately one of the best gaming sessions I have had of any game. The Star Wars theme music won't stop playing in my head!

IF you guys are coming over tonight (still waiting for someon to call ) then I just wanna let you know that since it's short notice I won't have any pop or chips this time. I haven't even stepped out of the house yet, which reminds me I should probably shower and actually get dressed and get my books outta the car.

I was so tired last night I didn't even bring my stuff in.

By the way, Lee, if you call before 7-7:30 then we're still good to go. I don't have much time and I can't go too late tonight (12 at the latest) since I have a mid-term tomorrow.

 

Since we're not getting together today would Sunday possibly work?

If not then I can probably do next Wednesday (or any weeknight now that finals are done).

 

Sorry Berx for not calling, but I too was tired and forgot to take your number to work and I worked until, as you already know, 8:30 tonight. I would love to play Suinday but I might be doing inventory again, thank the lord that this is a once a year thing, then my hours will be normal again. Plus Christine gets back on Saturday so i will have to write off Sunday because I should spend some time with her then. We could try for a weekday next week, let me know whats good for you guys. Sorry again about not being able to call.

Okay, once again I need some help here guys. I can set a date but if no one shows up then it's futile.

John's busy Mon/Tue/Thu and usually weekends are out of the Q for at least one of us, so that leaves a Wed... possibly a Friday.

I have my Chem lab final on the 23rd, so that's out, unless we have it around 7. The 9th and the 16th are also out as I feel I should try and make my last 3 labs before the test.

That leaves the 23rd absolutely free.

Or we can try a Friday...

What do you guys say?

I can make fridays, but I can only play till about 10, as I would have to leave for hockey.

 

If we get together at 6, that's very do-able. Lee: Any free friday's coming up?

 

Fridays could work. Inventory is over and, so i'm told there won't be much overtime for quite awhile now. Whew! Let me know which friday. BTW, if you guys post about a possible session and I haven't responded within two or three days of the proposed date give me a call at home after six any day and I will see if it works for me too.

 

For some reason I was thinking the housewarming party was on friday, but it's on saturday, so I can probably do something then, if anyone wants to get together this weekend?

 

I can tentatively commit to having a session this friday (why not make it during the day since everybody should have it off) and I will confirm or deny my attendance by tommorow evening I hope.
