Deary me... Training others is such a task sometimes... I've trained 4 different people on seperate occasions...

I don't reccomend aquiring a gun... Use psychological tactics, like walk past the targeted person and say aloud, but to yourself: "What's that awful smell?" Then throw an obvious glance their way. Works everytime!

:p I have to train a back up supervisor in the next couple of weeks. Problem is, she wasn't rostered to work any of the shifts I was on last week, and I have no idea about this week.

I've lost track of how many people I've trained this year alone. The problem with my store is, you can't stick an inexperienced cashier there, or they'll walk out within a few weeks. Trust me, I know. The girl who I trained for my relief was in tears and ready to walk out. She does not want the job, and there's no one capable that's on check-outs already that could fit right in the office. I'm screwed.

On a better note, I rang the Melbourne Safeway office today about my transfer. I'm supposed to get a call back, but if I hear nothing by the end of the week, I'll ring again. My HR Specialist is useless, and it's the HR officers who know what they're doing.
