SNG TNP Big Walk 2005

Sunday's ok for me too. It's probably better that we decide soon on which sunday we want, after all the events are less than 2 months away, plus we need to give some time allowance in case we need it.

My suggestions would be either 10th or 17th of April. Which means it's either this coming sunday or the next sunday. What do u guys think?

 

Both dates are okay with me.

 

I have to keep 10 Apr free, as I have something important coming up for work... 17 Apr is better for me right now.

And BTW, do we already have the banner materials, or do we have to buy them on Sunday as well?

 

Hmm, okay with me. But for location how ? Go to someone's place to do ? Or some public area ?

 

We probably have to get our own materials..which brings up the matter of cost too. Location is difficult - Does anyone live in a big house with enough room?

Otherwise, may I suggest a park. Other than East Coast Park, is Bishan park good?

 

Heehee, there is my house since I'm in charge of it since my dad moved out to live with my Stepmother & his Mother-In-Law. I have a not bad space to do my cuttings on the floor of the living room. But it's not anywhere near cloths shop with Arab Street closed on Sun while my mountain of cloths are mostly velvets and satins.

Maybe we make this Sun just a discussions day and do the actual banner another weekend?

If only discussions, how about the McDonald near Bras Basah Complex since it's more quiet and not that crowded?

But you're right in that we may be jumping the gun too soon. We don't even have designs ready so perhaps we better discuss all that is necessary.

For those who weren't there at today's meeting:

We had 15 mins of effective discussion out of around 3+ hours sitting on uncomfortable stools. But, we've more or less the final design plan for the banner and so another meeting will be arranged. Hopefully can get it all wrapped up in one day.

After today, I reaffirm my stand to be spoiler-free!. Those who try to thwart my efforts, go back to the shadows. (Damn LOTR)
