    What was the last movie you saw? Harry Potter? Holy Grail? Ice Age?

    Whatever it was, you're going to write a movie review on it and post it in here. No set length, just write the amount you feel can get your thoughts across. You have until Friday at 8 p.m. boardtime.

    Good luck!!

    Does it have to be from a cinema, cause I haven't seen a movie in a cinema for some time now, but I have watched a lot of DVDs...

    Daft, I was originally going to suggest this be worded "last movie you saw in theater", but if you haven't been to the theater in a while, the last movie you watched on DVD will be fine.

    EDIT: Arlon, we're discussing it. Get back to you shortly :p

    Oooh, okay.

    *clears throat*

    Last film I saw was Transformes: Revenge of the Fallen.
    I thought it was Megatron who was fallen, but doesn't matter. Little matters overall. there is a plot you can follow, but don't have to. there's loads of great action crash, boom, bang half the time. Very good.
    New and annoying characters are introduced and you wish humanity gets terminated- if only so the next film will be iwth Transformers only. Doesn't happen.:(
    And optimus needs to elarn how to shut up. You could fill the space his speeches take with action. Good plan.
    In the end the world is saved and nobody knows what happened to little Leg-Humper.

    Take popcorn with you and enjoy!

    Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End

    [image=http://www.impawards.com/2007/posters/pirates_of_the_caribbean_at_worlds_end_ver14.jpg]

    There?s more than one way to watch a movie. On the surface, Pirates of the Caribbean: At World?s End is an adventure story almost unprecedented in its honesty. It?s got a dashing hero and a beautiful damsel, ships and ports of ill repute, planks to walk and maps to follow, and a macguffin or two for everybody to freak out over. But when you?re forced to look beneath the surface of this sea of simplicity -- and really, you don?t have to look far -- it?s much, much more profound than that.

    Will Turner and Elizabeth Swan set out to search for Captain Jack Sparrow, who has managed to lose himself at the end of the world. Braving pirate kings, British admirals out for revenge, and Davy Jones himself, the tale feints, lunges, parries, and ripostes like a master swordsman, hardly allowing the viewer -- or those involved in the journey -- a moment to collect their breath and their thoughts.

    While the film continues the tradition of hilarity, action, and romance that has become an exemplification of the Pirates of the Caribbean trilogy, it does so with a finely constructed sense of sadness, of things to come and things passing, that serves as an undertone for all that occurs. Two courageous lovers who are brought together only by death, one man?s search for his heart?s stark, true desire, and the end of an era in which evil and good are so convoluted that it becomes impossible even to find yourself.

    This movie is the perfect compliment of the first two Pirates of the Caribbean films, and concludes the saga while leaving plenty of room for another story to be told. Come on, Disney, when?s number four?!

    Addendum: Best. Scene. Ever.

    Few hours... Ouch...

    Okay then...

    Spiderman 3

    [image=http://www.vectormagazine.co.uk/cgi-bin/upload/spiderman_3.jpg]

    Okay, the last film I watched was Spiderman 3

    I did like the film It is the usual Spiderman stuff, with the villains Spiderman Has to defeat, but there are differences. First;y one of the main villains is Spiderman's own destructive power. He is attacked by a alien symbiont, and turns dark, since it brings out his aggressive feelings. After some personal confrontations with friend Harry, Peter finally loses the symbiont and it falls on someone he annoyed whilst under the symbionts influence, creating super baddie venom. Thus ensures the grand finale superbattle, where Harry Finally forgives Peter.

    8/10

    (I know, it is awful... I am not much of a critic...)
