I downloaded the demo, but am yet to play it. Power-gliding like the Vipers on the show is tempting. Im more interested in the StarFox mod thats also being developed for Freespace 2.

Warning: May contain under-aged coarse language. May also contain the funniest skit you've seen in a long, long time.

If The Force is part of all living things in the SW galaxy, shouldn't "The Force" box contain all the figures in the SW galaxy ... ?

Avoid touchtone insanity! speak to a human!

This site offers instructions on how to bypass those damned touchtone menus and speak to a real live human being at lots of major companies. Just select Country = Australia for a growing list of instructions for Australian companies.

Nothing funny about this -- it's a technology demonstration that has to be seen to be believed...

Apparently The Oxford English Dictionary has an entry for "McJob" that defines it as "a low-paying job that requires little skill and provides little opportunity for advancement."

And now it seems that McDonald's is behind a petition to get the OED definition changed to "a job that is stimulating, rewarding ... and offers skills that last a lifetime."

Those crazy folks at Apple are trying to get another piece of your windows computer: they're releasing the Apple Safari web browser for windows xp & vista.

    http://www.apple.com/au/safari/

I've tried it. It's neat, it's fast, but it's like IE: too barebones. It doesn't even have (or allow expansion to include) basic ad-blocking, etc. So I won't be ditching Firefox any time soon. But if they did ...
