I'm gonna be in San Francisco (all the way from England!) when ROTS is released.

I was wondering where the best place to see it would be and when/how to get tickets?

    Hey Grovus,
Unfortunately with the closing of the Coronet theater in San Francisco, we havent quite got it set in stone where we are going see it yet. But keep checking the boards, we will keep you updated.

Most likely it will be at Metreon in downtown SF.

    Cheers!

Not a big fan of the Met, but it'll have to do.

FYI, Metreon has the biggest screen in North America (80' x 100'), so if everyone is good, then maybe....

Watch the end of the documentary "The Beginning" on the TPM DVD, and you'll witness just a taste of how crazy the Coronet experience can be...or was. :(

The Coronet was just as good for AOTC. Of course, the anticipation wasn't as high as TPM, being the first new film in 16 years. But for AOTC, we did recreate the arena battle before the movie started!

As for IMAX, Ming, I'm not saying anything. But they DO have a great digital projection system....

Matt can neither confirm nor deny how ROTS will be presented at the Metreon. ;)
