    Obi-Wan. Re-cut the AOTC scene so that he enjoys a nice Guinness before taking off Zam's arm. After that you could do a followup with the cantina scene in ANH and go with a line about "still the way to go after all these years."

    Padme would be good too. She could bring some PBR along during the waterfall picnic and explain how it's a holdover from her hipster days in Theed.
