Canada Who has read the new Harry Potter book?

Simple enough question, but also where you rate it compared to the others but also compared to some star wars books.

 

Amazing. I finished it sunday.

POA is still the best.

 

Finished it a couple of days ago. I'll give it a 9.

I thought it was written pretty well but it also moved a little too slow for my liking so a 8.5 plus they killed off my favourite character guess I got to stop having favourite characters now because they just keep killing them off though here there is a chance for a comeback. favourite Harry Potter book so far PoA

 

I'll have to give it an 8. I thought the first 400 pages were really stupid... And they killed my favourite character too! I liked POA and GOB alot better...

 

It was really amazing. Teen angst Harry was annoying by times, but it was still incredibly gripping.

 

I think that PoA is still my favourite, but I loved the 5th book. Except that I spent hours crying afterwards because I had grown really attached to who they killed off.

 

It was awesome, but it did seem to drag on in some parts. I still like PoA the best

I've just started in HP and I'm looking forward to OoTP already.

 

The Goblet of Fire is a really great one too

Never got to interested in that stuff. I only read to maybe chapter 6 of the first Hairy Potter.

i liked it...fred and george (my fav characters) had the most awesome part yeah!!!

 

I've read it. It seemed kind of boring when you hit about the middle of the book. But the begining and the end sure make up for it.

 

I was so sad when the book finished! I mean.. my favorite character.. pish! (sorry, trying not to spoil)

POA is still my favorite though.

I agree with that. Yet Harry seemed to be a bit on a tempor tantrum.

I just wish things hadn't ended the way they did...

i think it's good harry was angry (with all wizarding aside) he's a normal 15 year old. Wouldn't most teens re act the way he did? at fifteen i know i would have.

No clue when the sixth is coming out though, probably not for a while.
