San Fran, CA X3: The Last Stand - 5/26/06

Aww..this sounds like fun! I can't wait to see the movie. I saw some trailers for it this week. It opens in a couple of weeks and it's STILL not rated! weeiiird.

 

So I got my wig for Storm (yeahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh)
I see JediZoe is also doing it????
I got the one with the long wig. I will receive it
in a couple of days. Brit if you want I can give you
the website where I bought it. They no so expensive.
I think Chris is doing Gambit. I know he is not in the
movie but I really like that character.
Anyone has the list of who is going to dress up?

 

How do you know that Gambit WON'T be in the movie?

Just saw a commercial that on this Thursday (May 11) at 8 pm, FOX will air a 7-minute special about "X3". Might have some reference material for costume ideas.

 

That would be cool if Gambit was in the movie. He's a hottie!

 

hey question.... How many people are getting dressed up for the movie? I was just wondering. I almost have my costume done. It's not exact but it's close as I could get. how is everyone else's coming along?

I'm coming out of lurker mode for a moment. I was talking with Ming this evening and he had a pretty swell idea.

On May 27th I'll be having my College Grad Party over at The Irish Bank starting at 5pm. It'll be an early gig, I only have the place rented from 5-8pm. There will be free beer. Yes, I said it. FREE BEER. Over 100 pints of good soild Irish juice. I invite you all to come out before seeing X-3 and have a few pints in celebration. Please come in costume! I'll even follow you all to the movies if you all see a late enough show.

Sorry I can't make the party, Des. I've got a family formal event I'm attending on the 27th. Also, we'll be seeing the movie on the 26th, if you'd like to join the rest of us mutants!

 

WOW! That FOX sneak peak was sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet! Can't wait. Looks like they're going all out for this one, hence the title. Next Friday, they'll be showing another peek. Stay tuned....

 

Was watching the Smallville season finally. Which obviously means there will be a Season 6! Crazy, I have no idea how Clark is gonna save the day now...

 

hey do you know what time we shall be seeing it?

 

Usually, Ash we'll pick a showtime between 8-9/9:30 pm to give everyone a chance to get there, park, eat dinner, etc. Of course we could always have a bit to eat AFTER the movie, dressed up and all.

 

that sounds great!!! food before and after in costume!! sounds like a plain! I think that we will bw ble to go at that time!
