ESB is, and always will be my favorite Star Wars movie.

 

ROTS

 

ROTS. I cut my teeth on the original trilogy and for the longest time Empire was my favorite. However, seeing fully trained Jedi in their Golden Age is something I've been waiting for since the first time I saw Ben Kenobi on the big screen.

 

SW/ANH. Has been and will always be my favorite movie. Ever since I saw it in 1977 when I was 8 years old. Can't beat the Cantina scene or the Trench run. I still get goose bumps after 25 plus years of watching it. It's the reason I go to movies and why I went to film school and why I still want to be involved with film today.

 

REVENGE OF THE SITH

 

Revenge of the Sith

ESB is the number 2

 

Hmm ... ESB and ROTS are almost tied ... I think ESB by the slightest whisker.

Star Wars or as it is now Episode 4 A New Hope

 

A New Hope.

The first is still the best.

 

Definitely RotS for me with ESB in second.

ESB is still the best no matter what.

 

ESB!!!! Humor, romance, adventure, jedi training, great fights, finding out who's *really* ya daddy, it's got it all!

Even though it really is just setting up RotJ, the destination is never really as important as the journey itself, is it?

EDIT: I sounded like a stupid valley girl fangirl, so my post has been altered to reflect my oh-so-cultured *ahem* appreciation of the SW films.

 

RotS, with the ESB extremely close behind.
