Well, we haven't looked at these it quite a while but I would like to point out that we all agreed to these as group members when we started up... Please note the following:

    III. Revocation of Membership

    a. Members who continually commit infractions of the code of ethics, or who commit infractions that carry a predetermined punishment set forth in the code of ethics, will have their membership revoked by the President or Vice President. Members who have had their membership revoked will be allowed one appeal, as outlined below in Section 7. Revocation of membership is permanent. Once a membership is revoked, it cannot and will not be reinstated unless overturned by the appeals process.

    b. If a member is removed from another fan group recognized by Lucasfilm Ltd. (501st, Rebel Legion, Jedi Assembly) for behavior that was improper enough to merit removal will also be removed from this group. (This will be looked at on a case by case basis by the current officers and they will determine if it is severe enough to merit removal from this group.)

IV. Failure to Abide by Suspension of Revocation

If a member who has been suspended or who has had membership revoked fails to abide by the revocation, then he or she may be subject to removal by law enforcement official from AGR events or other legal action.

we also need to make a few updates but will have a meeting soon to figure out how to work them in.

I hate to be this way, but we are allowed to play in the Lucas sandbox and that can go away at any time. We don't need people out there behaving in a way that can risk this. Or having behaved that way before. It's sad, but we have to be careful.
