JCC Airfare - Is this common practice??

I've never heard of this. But I've also never booked with am agency.

 

That's new to me. I always book through the airlines, but I'm always charged full price upfront.

 

Even why do you keep saying this picture. What does it even mean.

 

Or else someone hasn't noticed the screw up. I had booked a hotel room for Celebration IV only to have a change in plans after the change deadline. The resulting penalty would have totaled $250 yet I was never charged a cent for it despite it being done about a week after the penalty free cancellation deadline. Kept a close eye on my bank account for months afterward just waiting for some surprise charge to pop up out of nowhere but it never did. Best advice I can give you here would be to keep your mouth shut about it but budget for the off chance that the rest of the charge will be debited from your account eventually. If you go 6-12 months without the charge then go out and spend it on something nice for yourself.
