Calgary C4 Attendees Meeting

How does Thursday April 5th 7:00pm at Boomtown sound as this meeting is just for the people going to C4. Topics to discuss are:

- Swag
- Transportation from the airport
- Friends and Family Passes
- Travel to and from the convention center
- Store times: What time are you going
- Marathon on May 23rd who's going
- Who's going down early? meeting up with them

With this event just 57 days away we are in the last leg of the waiting game so now is the time to get things in order. Again this meeting is for those attending C4 sorry to exclude anybody.

I totally forgot I have to work Thursday night. And I can't really call in sick as I was planning on doing that for my Saturday shift as my family is in town for easter.

 

Crap....wish I could be there!

Yes there will be a regular FF meeting before the Comic show. This meeting is only for those going to C4.

YROL - which Sheraton are we staying at? Is it the Sheraton Downtown LA?

LOL - apparently there are 21 Sheraton's in LA, according to the "search" feature on their own website!!

 

Kris - it's the downtown one and hopefully the meeting help some if you need hotel info I have some also.

 

As far as I'm aware, the downtown Sheraton is probably going to be the best hotels to stay at, other than the Holiday Inn which is across the street from the Convention Center. The Sheraton is one Metro station away.

How's planning coming for everyone? Getting excited?

 

I will confirm the hotel this week. I got a deal, but I'll be in Long Beach. Only 30 minutes away. Also fitting in a trip to Seaworld and the Los Americas Outlet Mall.
