CASTING CALL for SW:Anthology: NO WAY OUT

Hi

I'm Sean Koury the writer and director (and hopefully star) of the now in the works episode of Nathan Butler's Star Wars: Anthology, entitled NO WAY OUT. There are a number of parts I need actors for.

The parts are:

HOLDENUS FLIGHT CONTROL (male or female 2 lines)
CHEEDOTO (male Rodian, 8 lines)
BASE (male human, 2 lines)
GENERAL JORAD REEFTUT (male human, 6 lines)
FEMALE JEDI (1 line)

There might be other parts open as well, parts I've cast already, but are not set in stone yet. If they are open I will post them in this thread. If you are interested reply here and let me know, and we'll work something out.

The mixing for this episode is by starwarsfanworks.com's newest addition, Stephen Fluharty. And trust me, from the demo he sent me, he's gooood.

I'll play a role if you like. You should know the voice by now.

But the big question is whether it's too recognizable at this point.

 

I thought you might like the Cheedoto part, Nathan.

And since it's a Rodian role, I was thinking of getting Steve to electronically alter it somehow, so you wouldn't be completely recognizable. Or you could try altering it yourself.

I don't know, let me know what you think.
If you want it, just send the lines to Steve when they're done.

All my lines are finished it's just a matter of sending them to Steve. There are so many (a whopping sixty-eight or so files) and the files are pretty big. I need to find a way to make them smaller.


Any ideas?

Oh and I fixed the sound problem. Steve said my test I sent him was "Gold!"


If Nathan decides to take the part of Cheedoto, that still leaves a couple of others I need filled. Any takers???

 

Oh and Adam lines for Vatil are in and they sound excellent. Good job Adam, and thanks again.

I'll try to record Cheedoto this weekend. May be later depending on what's up with my family visiting this weekend.

 

Nathan: Okay sounds good.

Ceewulf: There are only two parts left. BASE and HOLDENUS FLIGHT CONTROL.

They are both only two lines, but HFC is the meatier of the two. Each line is about two or three sentences. Base is only one sentence each.

I won't be able to send the script to you until Sunday, but you can ask Nathan or DarkLordofSmith to send you a copy. Tell them I said it was all good.

I've recorded my character lines, and uploaded them, and emailed hte link to you and hte mixing guy.

If you need me to redo them, just let me know.

Ceewulf did you get a copy of the script from somebody yet?

 

I should be getting it soon, and will promptly get the lines recorded.

 

1. Sent a copy of the original script this morning to Michael.

2. Went though and reformatted the script into proper Anthology formatting and sent it to Sean and Steve.

3. Finished Cheedoto part and sent link to Steve and Sean.

4. Need the full cast listing for writing and recording the credits in the Narrator role and for creating the Fanworks page that will eventually house the project.

It's actually spelled Fafard.

Which names don't you know how to pronounce? Fafard is fa ferd.
