Clone Wars in England

I was wondering!

Are they going to show Clone Wars cartoon on Cartoon Network in England,or is it for America and America only?

 

It will be shown on the UK Cartoon Network, it may be a bit later than US, but I thik it still starts in November.

Either way, you can join Hyperspace and they'll be avaliable there.

But I'm looking forward to it coming onto Cartoon Network when it does!

 

I think it would be shown on CNX here rather than Cartoon Network

CNX is being replaced by Toonami in September, and given that Samurai Jack is currently on the Toonami programming block on CNX, it's logical the Clone Wars will be too.

I'd prefer it was on Cartoon Network as there will be more opportunities to watch it because of Cartoon Network +1.

 

So what's on Toonami that's not on CNX?

 

It will be strictly animation. All the Toonami blocks on CNX we get at the moment - it will be that 24 hours a day.

 

So we'll still be getting Jonny Quest and X-Men Evolution and everything?

I really hope that they'll have some proper anime programs,like Cowboy Bebop and Sailor Moon(yes,it IS anime),on the new Toonami channel!

The closet things to proper anime that they have on there are Tenchi Muiyo(and I'm not sure if they show that anymore) and Dragonball Z(which is pathetic)

 

Not that I'm into it, but I'm sure I've seen Cowboy Bebop and stuff on at like 3am.

SirStevesGuide.com just confirmed that Clone Wars will be starting on Toonami (formerly CNX) on November 10th at 4pm. Thats ony 3 days after the Americans

 

do you think it will eventually come to CITV / CBBC / terrestrial channels? ? hope so

There's always a possibility of it appearing on the terrestrial channels, but it will be well after Season 1 & 2 have aired on Toonami.

It will probably end up on Five , as part of their Saturday morning lineup.

 

Toonami are announcing through their press adverts (I saw this one in NGC magazine) that Clone Wars will be one of their line up along with,

Dragon Ball Z
Justice League
He-Man
Samurai Jack
X-Men Evolution
Teen Titans
