I was convinced during season 2 that she was an 'altered' 6.. now? not so sure.. but still... there was something odd about her.

I think it's gonna end up being someone like Dualla or Gaeta or something.. maybe not exactly them, but..

 

So does Tori's spine glow?

 

They haven't shown it glowing.. though Sam's eyes do, apparently.

 

i thought that was just a reflection, not "glowing."

check out the Official Site...nice (REAL NICE!) version of the latest trailer for The Clone Wars.

This is looking damn good; I hope it starts to pick up some more momentum...doesn't seem like there's as much buzz as there was for the prequels. I know it's a cartoon, but it does look pretty Star Wars-y.

I saw Speed Racer while in Bloomington, IN. this week,

and well, there I was watching endless comming attractions,
with them all looking pretty much the same.

then

CLONE WARS.......amazing, how that trailer makes all the other
films look terrible.

LFL is using Warner Bros., for the distribution of this film

and

the trailer used Dual of the Fates alot for music, which is
probly not the music for Clone Wars.

Also, did anyone see theforce.net's news blurb at the bottom of the page today, re: the MPAA rating for The Clone Wars:

Here's the AT-TE toy from the upcoming Clone Wars line "in action". Impressive, but if it does all that, why can't it walk?

Re: the new TCW page on the Official Site - note the countdown timer they are using. As pointed out by SaberJedi2 on this page (about halfway down), the timer seems to suggest there will be midnight showings. I have not checked to see if that will be the case out here - have you guys heard anything about it around there?

 

It's too early to tell. Showplace 16 doesn't usually announce midnight showings until 3 weeks before a movie is released.

 

I'll keep my eye on the movie listings...a midnight show might require a visit home to...see the family.

Looks like the TV show will start airing on Oct 3 - a more complete July-Dec Star Wars schedule was just posted on Rebelscum.com

 

i think i may skip the midnight showing of this one. i'll probably end up taking my two older kids to see it at a matinee that saturday, though.

 

There's a new video on the official site about why Anakin has a padawan. To view it:

1) go to the Official Site

2) close the window on the right half of the screen (the one with the video clips)

3) move the mouse to just under where it says "starwars.com" - there's a little grill-like structure on the AT-TE with two pointed ends (it will sometimes highlight blue as other parts of the screen will do)

4) click on that structure and a new video window should open up
