I'm okay thanks. Just taking a break from the Xbox for a little while. Enjoying Assassin's Creed and Halo at the moment.

 

Assassin's Creed? I'm jealous.
Although I've never picked up an Xbox controller in my life.

Oh, I know, I have the Assassin's Creed PC game (first one mind you)
Personally, I like Assassin's Creed better than Skyrim. Well, Assassin's Creed 1 is kind of repetitive and boring, can't wait to finish it so that I can move on to the other ones.

Volshe: You're not the first to have told me that. I'm never going to get a boyfriend if I don't have at least a basic knowledge of ALL game systems past, present, and future.

 

I find that Assassins creeds combat is majorly repetitive through the series, plus the story has gone just about insane as it gets.

I'm doing fine thanks Rev. Just taking some needed rest from the games console. Me and my friend had a hoot on Halo 4 campaign yesterday, along with one of the more "famous" Bronys called Saberspark. I didn't even know who he was until I googled him earlier. He was great fun.

I don't mind Assassin's Creed, but I've only really stuck with it for the storyline. I love how much Ubisoft failed at the third game's PR when it came to marketing the game outside of America.

 

I don't know if that's too accurate.

 

I dont think they failed with the Adverts, since if you thinka bout which side would make more sense to have allot Templars on the little guy or Big powerful Britain

You do know that the American revolutionists were already templars in previous Assassin's Creed games? It's heavily implied that they won via templars using a piece of Eden if you follow Subject 16's puzzles.

But that's besides the point, even if it made sense from a plot perspective it doesn't change the fact that Ubisoft failed at the marketing outside of the US.

 

Meh, mostly its people failed not the PR, sides that so doesn't make sense XD You'd have to think the Templars would be all over the Euro powers just cause they owned the world back then.


But yes i think people went ohh American propaganda when it really made no sense if it was lol French company... although they were on the American side so lol

 

It doesn't matter if it doesn't make sense, that's what happened in the previous games. So it's Assassin's Creed 3 that makes no sense.

 

same thing with ME3 really lol, but im not a huge fan so oh well, oh and by the way hows Halo 4 and have you seen Season one Opener of MLP ?

 

Halo 4 is a lot of fun, although it feels a little like treading water for the next gen systems. And no, I haven't seen the opening episodes yet.

 

Oh that's good i've heard some mixed reviews from other friends half love it the others say meh. The season opener was pretty good though

 

I certainly wouldn't say Halo 4 is "meh". It's much better than the other installments on the 360 have been.

 

Good good, I do like the first person view though and it looks just gorgeous

 

Erm... Halo was always a first person shooter.
