This question can be interpreted pretty broadly. At face value, yes, they still make Star Wars cards. Topps makes tradeable movie cards, Top Trumps makes a Star Wars version of their game and Wizards of the Coast currently produces the Star Wars TCG game, which is quite unlike Decipher's Star Wars CCG game. The "Games: TCG" board is where we discuss the Wizards version.

Decipher does not have the licence to produce the Star Wars Customizable Card Game anymore. However, the Players Committee an independent group of fans, periodically creates new Virtual Expansions. The virtual sets are simply new gametext for old cards. The cards that get virtualized tend to be ones that are never played with, so in essence it turns old, crappy cards into very nice new ones. The virtual cards are extensively tested and tend to play very well without the abuse that resulted from some of Decipher's later cards. All virtual cards are legal in Star Wars CCG tournaments:

www.swccgpc.com is where you can find them. They have made 9 virtual sets, the newest was released a few weeks ago.
