I'm out of the loop for this one.

All I know is we're leaving Thursday afternoon.

 

For the 50th time, YES, I AM COMING. I'll be checking this thread every other day or so, so if you wanna co-ordinate here, we can try, or y'all can text or call me at the usual (only) number for me; 313-4431.

 

Ok Dean.

Heres the situation I discussed with Mike this morning.
Mike is bringing Arc so his trunk will have a majority of it filled with his trunks.
I'm going to have my Tusken and possibly Baron Fel in tubs with our suitcases so the back seat is going to be very cramped.

Duane, from what I understand, is leaving Friday and has room in his truck.
Darren and Nicky are leaving Thursday night and as usual the Avalon is full of fur & suitcases.

From what Mike and I understand...
Mike and I will be staying Thursday evening at the hotel and Duane is coming up Friday.

For Mike, Duane, Nicky, and Darren
Is this correct?

We have Dean coming
We have no word from Katie, or the Twins at this point in time.

 

That's correct for us...
We're leaving Thursday late afternoon and the Avalon has no more room for passengers or cargo.

My current plan is to depart when Scott is finished with work at 2pm on Thursday. As Scott said we are cramped but have room.

Dean, what is your schedule like? Are you clear on THursday? How many bags will you have? PM me back or post here. Duane may be willing to shuttle some stuff down if we don't have room.

Hotel is confirmed for Thursday check in, we will have to change rooms on Friday for the weekend stint.

I am leaving Friday AM. I will have room in the back of my truck for some stuff and I have an open seat for the ride down. I reserve the right to leave early Sunday morning so whoever wants a ride may have to play by my rules. Costumes or otherwise. Let me know

KnightShade's going to try to be able to get out of work at 2pm as well, so we might be able to caravan down with the Passat.

MadKid is getting excited... My calendar at weeks end (at this point) has been cleared. I'm cool to go with Duane on Friday, or squeeze into the caravan with, you and Scott, Mikey, if you think that you do have space. I'll only be bringing two duffel bags. The usual one for my costume gear, and another with regular clothes and such. Oh, and a bedroll (sleeping bag and pillow; very squishy). On that note; I still haven't confirmed "floor space" with any of you guys yet... if you missed it earlier in this thread, I'll help with the split on the room if I can get some floor to sleep on... Have cash saved already... no loans this time!! Oh, and of course, I'll pitch in for gas.

So, whomever wants to deal with His Surliness (me), just let me know!!

If you want to leave Thursday then we will have room. I did a little measuring and think all shall work splendidly. At least since I'm not bringing TX and Scotty is not bringing the Baron.

Cool!! I'd love to have the extra night in P-Town with Y'all!! Just let me know when I need to be ready, and I WILL be. Already got my travel-sized stuff ready to go, and a brand new Ani-tunic ready to wear...

I plan to pick up Wingnut about 2pm in Henrietta. Darren is working out when he'll be able to head out so we may need to push that time a little out to coordinate.

Sounds good. Just text me tonight with your ETA (to my Casa), and I'll plan on being ready to roll 15 minutes prior to that, just to be safe.

PS; Are there any supplies for the road (drinks, snax, what-not) that you would like me to pick up tonight to have in readiness for tomorrow?

PS #2: Just printed out a packet of stuff from the Con's Website for us to mull over on the way down, as well as the brand new Star Wars Insider I picked up today to read. Looks like fantastic travel weather!!

Wingy: Read your post about your costume mod and Wal-Mart find over on the costuming thread. Give me a call, or read my reply over there. I've something you might be interested in...

 

MadKidJedi I got word you are coming now. When you get to the Con just stop by our table and we can settle up there. I'm sure we will pick up a couple more stragglers along the way so you are cool.

 

Don't forget to bring a print-out of your PayPal receipt for the banquet Sat night - it's your admission ticket!
