General Hospital legend John Ingle dies.

I read this title wrong and thought it was referring to Sean Connery..his last character he played was named Quartermain from LOEG.

 

Not his most memorable role, Arlol...

 

I said "LAST" character he portrayed.

 

I still don't understand why he thought League of Extraordinary Gentlemen was such a terrible experience that he decided to retire altogether....

I mean he's done plenty of other movies that were soooo much worse.

I'm sorry, you're referring to the famous character Alan Quatermain? And you thought his name was Edward?

 

Again I read it wrong, all I membered from that movie was his last name was Quartermain.

Enough about this, a guy is dead now. Anyone knew about him?

So are they finally going to kill off the character, or bring in yet another Ersatz-actor.

 

Given the Jed Allen recast that was done when Ingle went over to Days of Our Lives for awhile fell flat (He wasn't a disaster in the role, nor was he Edward), combined with the emotional impact of Ingle's final GH scene: (which the actor asked to film prior to his death), my guess is that they'll kill off the character and hopefully give him the farewell episode he deserves.

 

Is the woman in the red scrubs Monica? I haven't watched since college (late 80s), she has NOT aged well.

Richard Chamberlain did a good job in the hammy "King Soloman's Mines" flick from the 80's, right?
