Fourth meeting accomplished

Well, that was fun guys!

Who showed up: Derek and I, DOY and her friend, Andrew (fishheads) and his girlfriend.

It was Derek's first time bowling and he beat us all.

 

Congrats Derek.

 

When I told my mom I scored 70, she laughed at me. When I told them I won, she laughed at everyone else

 

What is this? A bunch of drunks bowling?

I think St. John and Moncton should challenge each other to a game. Moncton can have bumpers up, blocking the gutter.

Bowling eh? I hate to brag but I'd whoop you all. I went to the provinals a few years back.

Tara and I were both trying to claim the title of World's Worst Bowler. I got it!

And bad weather? I hadn't noticed...

I was called in to work on Sunday. We were the only restaurant with electricity. I worked six straight hours on headset with no break, and I hadn't had supper beforehand. Lobby was out the door and drive thru was backed up to the street from 11:30 am to 9:30 pm. We had no power at my house. The water went out. They asked me to work again Monday, but it wasn't going to happen. My family spent the day at our neighbors' because they have a woodstove. There were 22 people in the house at one point, including three Chinese exchange students. Our power came back on at 11:00 pm, thirty six hours after we lost it. I worked again today.
