I thought I would create a nice innocent interview thread so that we could all learn more about the people around us while avoiding any controversial topics. And it's a good way to get to know new members. If you care to participate, please copy the questions below and fill in your answers.
Since a lot of the questions involve favorite things, if you're like me and can't pick an absolute favorite, just fill in a couple that pop off the top of your head. Try to keep things light. Also feel free to add any questions.

Not at the moment--the closest would be Buck, my parents' golden retriever, who we got as a puppy when I was 13; so I grew up with a pet, and I see him weekly these days.

Nope. I have a houseplant though. (Thanks Catie, it isn't dead yet!) Growing up I lived with a couple of Basset Hounds, and 4 parakeets.

It changes with my mood. I really like red, blue, green, and silver now. When I was little I liked orange, and when I was in college my favorite color was purple.
