Tucson Goup names.

Yeah, I GOT it ;-) Just think iit sounds like its referring to another movie since the general public doesn't know what a tusken raider is.

 

This just came to me today in my Japanese class. It is based on how the Japanese spell Tucson. Two-sun's Fan Force. Just an idea.

 

Wow I realy like that idea "Two-suns". There are two suns for tatooine and its close to tucson, also it sounds like an underground syndicate of some type going along with the majority of sith we seem to have among the group

 

And since we've had over 30 days in a row of plus 100 degree temps we've earned the Two Suns name

 

But it's a dry heat.

I like it. Lots of ways to take it. Like it was said, sounds like one of the Hutt's criminal syndacates (the Black Sun for instance). Two Sun Raiders, or even Two Sun Spaceport/Station. We could just be in the system on a station, not nessaryly have to be on a planet.

 

Great name and thought.. this one moved into first over Tucson Raiders for me.

PS... You know why Vader didn't come down to the planet to look for the Death Star Plans? It would have been too hot, he knew that. He's all in black, and he does not like sand, it's hot and it gets every ware.

Anybody else thinking of good names? I am still partial to my own Two Sun idea. Just wondering, meeting is in a little more than a week and there has been no activity on this thread for a little under two weeks.

 

I plan on voting for the two sun idea myself.. I was thinking everyone pretty much had an idea what they wanted to vote for and that was why no one was posting on this thread. Just a note though.. we need to bring all available star wars magazines and the like to the meeting to search for banner material.

yes.. we need to be sure we are known as the "two suns".. though.. did we ever decide on the spelling? I was assuming it was the Two Suns FF once we had voted and agreed on the two suns idea, but I never clarified to be honest, as far as spelling and layout.

you know this is an edit.. and as that is the case.. now that I look at the past posts.. it fairly evident we were saying "Two-Suns". I am just slow on the uptake some days.. two much time spent on the neopets.com site feeding my sons pets

 

Just make sure the neopets don't bite the hands that feed them
