So that will be 3 large 'games' that will need to be manned by more then one person each & then the photo stand. I say we should start a roll call w/ times of attendance, we can then start making a schedule of who will help where. What do you think?

I will be there set up to tear down.

I'll be there from sometime before noon to teardown. I have no clue what I'm wearing yet, which is vaguely horrifying.

DOH! i totally missed it, funny i sent him a text earlier today, he's going to send me one. a lot of my co-workers have kids and they LOVE star wars...when i say XWING and games and candy i am sure that it will be a big hit.

 

Looks like the museum has changed their mind and decided a jumping castle is a good idea AND they will pay for it!!!!

I got more rubber froggies for the Jabba toss.

 

How many tables do we need? are we sharing with the Rebel Legion? do we need power? do we need space around the tables? how much?

 

I will ask if the RL will need a table.

I would say the RMFF does need power and space around the tebles. Enough for the jabba, mini golf and photo stand as well as the target range if I can get it done.

Yes, for sure, forgot, sorry. With only 6 people at the meeting, hard to remember everything, and the fact I didn't even think about being the one running the meeting until we all sat down and everyone was looking at me

I'm definitely available to set up. Don't know how long I can stay. I've got a family engagement Sun evening. I may need to get out of there around 2:00.

Is set up at 10:00? I can be there then, or earlier if needed.
